Lt. Robert Hamburg
Lieutenant Hamburg is responsible for the overall supervision of the Records Bureau. He is responsible for collecting and managing this Department’s Records, which includes investigation reports, minor incident reports, criminal and non-criminal complaints, fingerprint cards, pistol permits, accident reports and handicap placards. Personnel assigned to the Records Bureau are responsible for preparing and submitting a monthly Uniform Crime Report to the New Jersey State Police. Lieutenant Hamburg supervises and oversees the day-to-day operation of the Technology Unit which include CPLIMS® Records Management System, Police Department Server, Departmental Computers, Software, Communications Equipment, mobile and portable radios, the 911 system and telephones, the Department’s social media platforms, New Jersey Telecommunications and Criminal Justice Information System and Mobile Data Computers in police cars. Lt. Hamburg coordinates with contractors and vendors for maintenance and upgrades at the Voorhees Police Administration Building. Lt. Hamburg is also an Emergency Vehicle Operations instructor at the Camden County Police Academy.
